We actively entered the world of digital technologies, Smart-society, its facilitated trade spheres, establishment new division of possibility of development of the people. Digital platforms and infrastructures develop digital economy. There is an active digital development of space of the Arctic, there are concept a development of the information territory of the Arctic, concept digital capitalization and information rent at indigenous people of the Arctic. On the other hand, in the world in process of development of digital economy risks of technological unemployment increase. It is important to realize influence of these trends on the social sphere of the Arctic through education as social institute. Having conducted empirical researches, we developed model of integration and adaptation trained in the Arctic to technological trends through professional self-determination. Basis of this model are the principles of a synergy, kreatosfera and visualization. Kreatosfera of the Arctic is when by means of knowledge, the new intellectual values, innovations, humanitarian technologies improving and changing social and economic reality in the territory of the Arctic are created. The value of century way of indigenous people, passing from father to son, is one of the main valuable reference points which need to be kept for transfer to future generations through projects of professional self-determination. Kreatosfera, defining creative bases, opens the internal potential of the person, his ability to generate new knowledge and professional self-realization. The digital space acts as system of disclosure and support of sources kreatosfera for professional self-determination and formation of the trained.
