AQUATIC CONTAINMENT AND HABITATS
Aquatic containment level 3 labs for the study of diseases in aquaculture. Recirculating Aquabiotech aquaria.
BIOIMAGING
Selection of brightfield and epi fluorescent microscopes, Nikon A1R Confocal, Phenom Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Zeis Axioscan digital slide scanner.
CYTOMETRY
Our fluorescence activated cell sorter (FACS) is a BD Special Order based on the Aria platform. It is used for analysis or sorting of cells, viruses and other small organisms based on scatter and fluorophore detection gates.
ANALYTICAL SERVICES
Environmental Effects Monitoring for fish heath. Flow cytometry based fish health assays.
