The School of Fisheries offers a diverse range of academic programs, from certifications to master's degrees, providing students with comprehensive knowledge and skills for thriving in the marine industry.
School of Fisheries: The School of Fisheries delivers education and training programs to students interested in entering the aquaculture, fishing, environmental and food industries. Academic programs offered by the School range from industry certifications to diplomas of technology, joint diploma/bachelor degrees, advanced diplomas, post-graduate certificates and master's degrees.
Kevin Anderson, Head of School
School of Maritime Studies: The School of Maritime Studies provides education and training in the design of ships and associated systems. Programs that prepare individuals for entry level operational positions as Deck Officers, Engineering Officers and Ratings are also available. The Bachelor of Maritime Studies and Master of Maritime Management Degrees are designed for those who wish to enhance their knowledge and skills to prepare themselves for other positions in the marine industry.

School of Ocean Technology: The Marine Institute's School of Ocean Technology is charged with the responsibility of developing and delivering education and training and applied research and development programs in various aspects of ocean technology.
