Researchers, lecturers and administrators of higher education institutions, as well as policy makers, enterprises and others are invited to register for the conference, which will focus on best practices in cooperation projects involving institutions in Northern Russia and the Nordic countries of Europe and North America.
The conference will feature presentations on different subjects related to the main theme - including a presentation of UArctic by Director of Administration and University Relations Outi Snellman - as well as workshops on successful cooperation projects by academic fields of interest.
