There are no roads to Nunavik, the northern region of Quebec, Canada. Snowmobiles and dogsleds are the primary means of transportation. There are only 14 villages, though the land is larger than California. In 2007, the Inuit of Nunavik agreed to create a regional government. Pita Aatami joins us from Nunavik.
