All foreign participants should fill out the Visa support form along with a scanned copy of their passport. It will take about one month to six weeks for the official Visa invitation letter to be sent to the participant after they have applied. To receive the Visa invitation letter in time the Visa support form and a scanned copy of the passport has to be sent to Claudia Federova by February 1st.
