Participation
We invite experts from leading research centers of Russia, EU, the USA, Latin America and Middle East and also executives of the biggest energy companies of Russia and EU to participate in the conference. Working languages of the conference are Russian and English. Registration fee is not levied.
Experts interested in participation should fill out the Application form and send it to the Organizing Committee via e-mail: interdep@finec.ru.
After the official acceptance receipt participants provide report theses for publication. Theses volume should not exceed 6 pages; Times New Roman type, 12 pt, unit vertical spacing. Report should be supplemented with annotations in Russian and English.

Crisis events in the world economy and politics have complicated the analysis of tendencies appeared in energy security of stable growth. The quality of tools applied to modeling of world energy is clearly insufficient. As a result, the political dialogue is frequently based not on precise assessments made according to transparent methods but on not always reasonable informational rivalry. Tendencies of world energy development determine its role in geopolitics, economic development and social progress. To achieve the global energy security it is necessary to act together, to speak the common language and to hear each other.
