The meeting venue will be at the facilities of Icelandair Hotel
Reykjavik Natura (formerly known as Hotel Loftleidir) and block booking
for meeting participants have been made at this hotel.
Its location is close to Reykjavik‘s domestic airport and all relevant

The most convenient way
from the Keflavik International airport is by the Flybus airport shuttle
to the BSI Bus Terminal and tickets can be bought either online at

PAME II-2011 meeting agenda item:
A list of the main agenda can be found here. A detailed agenda with timeline and annotations will be sent out at a later stage.
Lead countries are requested to come prepared with updates/status
as per the PAME Work Plan 2011-2013. Documents requiring decisions of
the meeting are requested to be distributed
30 days prior to the PAME II-2011 meeting or no later then the 21st of August 2010.
PAME delegations are invited to include IMO experts in their delegations to the PAME II-2011 meeting.

1st announcement of the PAME II-2011 Meeting

Those interested are invited to attend the next PAME meeting (PAME II-2011) which will be held in Reyjavik, Iceland from 21-23 September 2011 (21/2-3 days).
This meeting will be back-to-back with a workshop in support of the
Arctic Ocean Review (AOR) project- Phase II. The AOR Workshop will be
held at the same facilities and start at noon on Monday the 20th of
September and end at noon on Tuesday the 21st of September. Details and
invitations for the AOR Workshop are forthcoming.
