Nadja Joensen, Master of Culture, Communication and Globalization programme at Aalborg specializes in the stream, Market Communication and Consumption. She is originally from the Faroe Islands and enjoys photography and many creative settings that can be combined with it. Before she begins her training at the UArctic International Secretariat as a part of her Master, she finished her internship at the Trade Department at the Danish Embassy in the Netherlands.
Mikkel Bue Lykkegaard, 4th semester Bachelor of Engineering student in Arctic Technology programme at the Center of Arctic Technology at DTU specializes in environmental technology and has a basic understanding of both management and civil engineering. Mikkel spent the first 3 semesters of his studies in Sisimiut in Greenland and, before that, lived for six years in Maniitsoq. Mikkel enjoys the nature and climate in the Arctic. He will start his training at the Thematic Networks Office.
MobilityDK is a pilot model for providing financial support for teacher, researcher and student exchange. MobilityDK is a part of the UArctic Danish Mobility Project, the goal of which is to support mobility for the Kingdom of Denmark’s Arctic education activities, and mobility from the Kingdom of Denmark to Arctic educational activities in different areas of the Arctic through the UArctic network. The program is supported by the Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation.
