- Foster the development, testing and launching of schemes and programmes of non-formal learning mobility at regional level;
- Promote transnational non-formal learning mobility between programme and partner countries, especially targeting young people with fewer opportunities, with a view to improving participants' level of competences and fostering their active participation in society.
Projects are transnational and must involve a minimum of three participating organisations from three different countries, including at least one programme country and one eligible partner country. Projects activities may vary depending on the participating partner countries. Projects may last between nine months and two years.
