This year's meeting was held in Stockholm and hosted by the Swedish Institute, which acts as the national coordinating agency for Sweden. Nearly fifty participants attended the meeting, which sought ways to streamline the application and waiver/grant allocation processes to make the program more accessible to students and easier to administer for institutions. In addition, the group considered the recommendations of the north2north+ project, which looked at the future of circumpolar mobility and expanding north2north to include graduate students, faculty, and professional internships.
