This year 28 students got international diplomas of Nord University and the University of the Arctic. Program gives knowledge about Nordic history, culture and politics. Students improve academic English and have a chance to study abroad. During 12 years 138 NArFU students graduated from the program.
"I participate in the tenth ceremony. The first one was held in 2006, in Bodø, Norway where the University of the Arctic Council awarded the first BCS diplomas. You are the largest group of BCS students and this is the anniversary ceremony"- said in her welcoming speech Marina Kalinina, UArctic Vice-President interregional cooperation.
The program “Bachelor of Circumpolar Studies” involves following Russian University of the Arctic partners:
• Northern (Arctic) Federal University
• Russian State Hydrometeorological University
• Komi Republican Academy of State Service and Administration
• International Institute of Business Education
• Murmansk State Technical University
• Murmansk Arctic State University
