The three-day event consisted of preparatory work for the up-coming summer school to be held between late July and early August 2019 including preparation of course outlines, recording some of the lectures to be delivered during the summer school, and the organization of logistic supports. The summer school is led by the Northern Institute for Environmental and Minority Law at the Arctic Centre of the University of Lapland in cooperation with the UArctic Thematic Network on Law, the University of Helsinki, Hokkaido University and University of Oulu.
