Eleven participants from the University of Oulu, Finnish Institute of Occupational Health, Lund University, Luleå University of Technology, University of Iceland, and UiT the Arctic University of Norway gathered to explore the variety of each other’s research interests and possible areas of collaboration. The full-day program included brainstorming and innovation activities, including, among others, indigenous knowledge driven Sharing Circle practice and PhD course development exercise. The takeaway message was, according to participants, a rewarding experience “feeling back to normal” after the pandemic. Up next, the team agreed to move forward for planning joint activities regarding research and education.
