The Forum theme will be covered in three panel discussions. The first panel discusses the changing security environment in Northern Europe and it is organised in cooperation with the National Defence University of Finland. The second panel will focus on the subject of securing and maintaining critical energy supply and infrastructure in the region and it is organised in cooperation with the University of Cambridge. The third panel will discuss combating cross-border crime.

Centrum Balticum organises the Baltic Sea Region Forum annually. The Forum gathers people interested in the development of the Baltic Sea Region and provides a possibility for experts from different sectors to share their knowledge.
